Firm History

Since 1991, Mr. Charles Mandracchia, Esq. and his associates have provided comprehensive legal services to some of the country’s largest Commercial and Banking businesses, as well as small business ventures, families and individuals. The addition of Jeff Soderberg added the in-depth experience and leadership to successfully represent clients as a true full-service law firm. As the firm continues to expand its staff and client base, it continues to be defined by the strong guidelines Mr. Mandracchia established from the beginning.
